    posisinya aku lg punya trauma dan emang lg depresi karena masalah keluarga dan ekonomi

    aku hapal materinya luar kepala,
    cuma pas presentasi, otak ku ga sinkron sama badan & mulut.
    ngomong gagap-gagap dan kayak sesak nafas, gemeter, kringet dingin, pusing, mata berkunang, mau nangis

    trus ku jelasin kalo aku punya trauma yg buat aku susah untuk ngomong depan orang banyak.

  6. Bener, support itu penting, tapi karena banyaknya manusia di luar sana yang jadiin kata 'depresi' sebagai lelucon atau candaan yang disepelekan, dan justru korban yang sebenarnya jadi diabaikan. Menganggap remeh depresi sebagai sesuatu hal yang bisa dinomorduakan. YA. Emang benerr depresi bisa dicegah sendiri tapi kalau udah terlanjur!? Butuh support dan dukungan yang kuattt untuk meyakinkan diri dan kekuatan itu datangnya dari orang sekitar. PLISS buka mata kita semua dan jangan anggap remeh kondisi mental seseorang. Bahkan bencana dahsyat pun dimulai dari hal-hal remeh.

Klo depresi lu dah jauh banget dengan agamamu udah lupa sama pencipta dan titipan Tuhan buat jalanin hidup di dunia yang sementara ini buat ujian di hari nanti, saran jika kau depresi berat tidurlah cepat bangun pagi jika agama Islam sholat subuh ,jika non muslim keluar rumah maraton lihat sekeliling sampe matahari timbul dan hirup udara sebanyaknya sadarlah dunia masih luas janganlah masalah yang terjadi kemarin men stop kan mu untuk menerjang dunia

Saya memiliki adik perempuan, dia sekarang lagi duduk bangku kuliah, dia orangnya emosional, keras kepala, pendiam, sering murung, sulit untuk dinasehati, sulit bergaul, mood nya sering naik dan turun. Dia sering sekali melawan saya dan orang tua saya. Bagaimana penanganannya terhadap adik saya, kadang juga lelah dalam menghadapinya. 🙏
